Kelsi Swenson

Kelsi Swenson, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Sustainability Reporting Manager at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, since June 2023. Previously, Swenson held the role of Sustainability Fellow at UPS, where responsibilities included GHG reporting and employee engagement for a large sustainability initiative. Additional experience encompasses a Sustainability Research Associate position at the Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business at Georgia Tech, and a Compensation Specialist role at Impossible Foods. Prior to that, Swenson was the Director of M&A Total Rewards at Cox Automotive Inc. and managed executive compensation at Cox Enterprises and Pearl Meyer. Early career experiences include roles at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, providing human capital consulting and support. Swenson earned an MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
