Sharon Perez is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of HRBP at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, Sharon supports the Beverage and Latin America divisions. Previously, as a Senior Manager at PulteGroup, and in various roles at XPO Logistics, Inc., and The Walsh Group, Sharon managed HR compliance, employee relations, and diversity initiatives, successfully overseeing regulatory adherence and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Sharon holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University, demonstrating a strong educational foundation complemented by a commitment to continuous development and effective communication in diverse environments.
