Chandra Bhattacharjee

Chandra Bhattacharjee is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the Aditya Birla Group and other organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Aditya Birla Textiles at GRASIM Industries Limited since August 2023, Chandra previously held a similar position for the chemicals and fertilizers sectors of the Aditya Birla Group from November 2016 to February 2024. With prior experience as Head of Human Resources for Aditya Birla Management Corporation and in various HR roles at Aditya Birla Group, Chandra has developed and implemented HR strategies, led HR projects, and established key HR functions such as PeopleSoft practice. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Chandra also holds coaching and executive education certifications from CoachU and The Wharton School, complemented by a BSc in Chemistry from Delhi University.
