Matthew Snyman has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Matthew co-founded Grass & Co. in 2019 and currently serves as the Creative Director, overseeing various aspects of the business including ecommerce, tech, and payments. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Creative Director and Producer at Continuous Media, where they designed and delivered large budget VR experiences and managed production teams for high-profile clients.
From 2015 to 2017, Matthew was the Head of Design at Curve, where they played a key role in crafting the brand identity and leading the creation of notable features. In 2012, they authored "The Dementia Diaries," a book aimed at children affected by dementia, which gained recognition worldwide. Before that, Matthew had their own film production company, Matthew Snyman Films, and was actively involved in the Mofilm community, winning multiple awards as a filmmaker.
In 2009, they created the web series "The Dead Must Die," which gained a significant following. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Freelance Animation Director at Nomadic Films from 2008 to 2010. Matthew also took part in the Regent Street Cinema Project from 2004 to 2008, where they co-led efforts to restore and establish the cinema as an independent venue.

Matthew Snyman completed their high school education from St. Simon Stock School between the years 2000 and 2004. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Television Production from the University of Westminster, which they completed from 2005 to 2008.
