Aaron Weyl

Aaron Weyl has a diverse work experience in the agriculture industry. Aaron started their career as a Quality Control Technician at Wade Jones Company from 1996 to 1998. Aaron then worked at Simmons Foods, where they held various roles including Broiler Service Technician, Broiler Kill Coordinator/Service Tech, Assistant Live Haul Manager, and Live Production Coordinator from 1998 to 2017. During their time at Simmons Foods, they received awards for being the Broiler Service Tech of the year in 1999, 2001, and 2002. In 2017, they joined Crystal Lake Farms LLC as a Sr Broiler Service Tech and later became the Broiler Manager. From 2018 to 2019, Aaron worked as a Layer Supervisor at Benton County Foods. Currently, they are the Production Manager at Grass Roots Farmers' Cooperative, where they are responsible for coordinating and scheduling poultry and livestock harvest, providing technical assistance to farmers, and delivering continuing education in regenerative agriculture principles.

Aaron Weyl obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
