Jayce Van Haren has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Prolink Protection in 2015, where they excelled in scheduling system installations and ensuring clear communication with sales representatives and clients to minimize company liabilities. In 2016, Jayce joined Optic IP as a Tech Support professional, where they provided direct client support, troubleshooted device errors, and navigated through various software platforms. Later in 2016, they transitioned to Allstate as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled inbound requests, made outbound calls to update clients on insurance information, and generated leads for life insurance quotes. In 2017, Jayce joined Namify, LLC, starting as a Branding Expert, developing client relationships, and helping clients select branded merchandise to effectively market their companies. They also served as a Lead Development Representative, marketing unique products to the existing client base, and as a Marketing Intern. In 2018, Jayce became a Channel Project Manager at LogMeIn, responsible for project management tasks. They subsequently moved up to a Project Manager role and worked in this capacity until 2022. Currently, Jayce is employed as a Project Manager at Grasshopper Bank, starting in 2022.
