Marie Lee-Utash

Marie Lee-Utash is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and taxation. Currently serving as an SBA Senior Underwriter at Grasshopper Bank since March 2025, Marie previously held the position of Commercial Underwriter III at Pathward from March 2018 to March 2025. Prior to that, a foundational role as a Corporate Tax Accountant, along with various positions such as Associate Tax Accountant, Tax Office Assistant, and Accounting Intern, was undertaken at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts between June 2013 and March 2018. Marie's academic accomplishments include a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Walsh College, with additional education from Macomb Community College and Michigan State University.
