Zaira Sarsenova

Zaira Sarsenova (Kaysar) is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Branch Director and Partner at GRATA International since August 2008. With a focus on relationship management, Zaira has been instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with legal requirements, while also preparing presentations and legal documents, including employment contracts and corporate governance materials. Zaira’s prior roles include Counsel and Senior Lawyer, where comprehensive legal research and drafting legal documents were key responsibilities. Earlier in Zaira's career, experience was gained as a Lawyer Assistant at Khassanov Attorney Bureau. Zaira holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from Kazakh National University.
