Niki St Pierre, MPA/MBA, is the Founder and Managing Partner of NSP & Company, specializing in strategic change with a focus on implementation of visionary strategies to achieve meaningful impact. With extensive experience in change management, strategic planning, and organizational design, Niki also holds roles as Principal Consultant for Global Programs at 1871, founder of the WMNtech Founder Accelerator at Grateful Giving, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Forbes Business Council. Previous leadership positions include roles at Dell, Pfizer, American Express, and Accenture, along with board membership at the American Red Cross. Niki St Pierre's educational qualifications include MPA and MBA degrees from New York University.
