Neil Campbell

Neil Campbell serves as the President of Gratus Capital LLC since February 2020, where implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) has led to double-digit organic growth and high client NPS and team member satisfaction. Prior to this role, Neil held several executive positions at Cox Enterprises and Cox Automotive, including Vice President of Employee Experience Transformation and Vice President of Finance, where significant contributions were made to employee experience initiatives and financial management of a $1B+ division. Additional extensive experience includes senior leadership roles at Americold Logistics, The Home Depot, and CEB (now Gartner), where Neil demonstrated expertise in corporate development, operations, and strategic planning. Neil holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BBA in Management Information Systems from James Madison University.
