Benno Demont began their work experience in 2006 at Swiss Re, where they worked in asset management from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, they joined GI Global Invest AG in Zurich as a portfolio manager, before transitioning to Graubündner Kantonalbank in 2009. At Graubündner Kantonalbank, they started as an asset manager from 2009 to 2014, then became the head of asset management from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of head of investment management at Graubündner Kantonalbank, starting in April 2020.
Benno Demont completed their Master's degree in Economics from the University of Zurich, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Later, in 2009-2010, they pursued a certification as a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) from AZEK.
