Ksenia Martsiv

Ksenia Martsiv has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ksenia started their career as a Corporate Recruiter at Fedoriv Agency in 2009. From there, they moved on to N-iX where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they joined EPAM Systems as a Human Resources Business Partner and stayed there for five years. In 2018, they transitioned to Gravelsoft, first taking on the role of HR Manager and then being promoted to Human Resources Director in August 2020.

Ksenia Martsiv obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Chernihiv Taras Shevchenko National Teachers' Training University, having attended from 2005 to 2010.
