We encourage you to be your authentic self – we like you that way.   A Little More About The role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthtech, insurtech, or fintech, with a deep understanding of integration development and scaling, transaction processing, and event-based systems. Experience working in highly regulated, compliance-driven environments is also highly valued. You will work closely with our Head of ICHRA Product to define and build our ICHRA offering for customers - both for OE 2024 and beyond. This includes all aspects of our ICHRA offering, with opportunities to specialize based on the needs of the business (e.g., payments, carrier partnerships, and more).

You will: ·       Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the ICHRA product, starting with a focus on payments and carrier enrollment functionality. ·       Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development. ·       Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs, prioritizing features and improvements based on business value and technical feasibility. ·       Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and implementation. ·       Oversee the development and scaling of integrations with various carriers and payment systems, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions. ·       Ensure that all product developments adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, staying abreast of changes in the regulatory landscape. ·       Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization. ·       Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of the product and inform future development.   You bring: ·       5+ years of product management experience in healthtech, insurtech, fintech, or a related, highly regulated field. ·       Strong understanding of how integrations are built and scaled, with experience in transaction processing and event-based systems. ·       Experience working in highly regulatory, compliance-driven environments. ·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. ·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. ·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.   Extra credit: ·       Previous start up company experience   Competitive pay is standard.
