Bubba Spragins

Bubba Spragins has extensive work experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. Bubba has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Regional Vice President at Gravie since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Manager at HealthJoy from 2020 to 2021. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Regional Vice President at Ensurian. Before that, Bubba was the Regional Sales Director at Ternian Insurance Group from 2016 to 2019. Bubba also held the position of Director - Strategic Business Unit at AlwaysCare Benefits from 2015 to 2016, and Health & Government Markets Manager at American Fidelity from 2011 to 2015. Bubba began their career in sales at Employee Benefits and Insurance, where they worked from 1998 to 2010.

Bubba Spragins graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Bubba also has a certification in Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS).
