Kelly Edwards has a comprehensive work experience in various leadership roles. Kelly currently holds the position of Vice President, Account Services & Customer Operations at Gravie since July 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Operations at Gravie from May 2022 to June 2023.
Before joining Gravie, Kelly worked at Alight Solutions as the Leader of Client Management from January 2020 to June 2022. In this role, they designed a client delivery strategy, improved the open enrollment platform quality, and focused on increasing customer satisfaction.
Kelly also served as the Vice President of Client Management at Hodges-Mace, LLC from October 2014 to January 2020. During their tenure, Kelly helped scale the organization and played a crucial role in the acquisition and integration of Continuous Health. Kelly also implemented an onboarding process that resulted in improved client retention.
Starting their career at AT&T in 2003, Kelly held various roles including Sr Project Manager, Process Manager, and Assistant Manager/Sales Coach. Kelly'saccomplishments at AT&T include leading successful onboarding projects and developing strong leaders.

Kelly Edwards attended Clemson University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In 2021, they obtained a certification through the Alight: LeadingEDGE Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
