Martin Kilmer

Martin Kilmer has an extensive work experience in executive roles in various companies. Martin served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Gravis Law, PLLC, from June 2022. Previously, they worked as the COO at Starlight Software Solutions, where they led product management, development, customer support, and implementation. Martin also played a key role in strategic vision, contract negotiation, and managing software development work.

Before that, Martin Kilmer was the COO and Head of Product at One Legal, where they guided the business and cultural transformation of a legacy transactional service business into a SaaS model. Martin also led strategic planning, product roadmap development, talent revitalization, and acquisition efforts. One Legal was eventually acquired by InfoTrack US.

Prior to One Legal, Martin Kilmer served as the COO and Head of Product at FiscalNote, where they played a crucial role in operations and product management. Martin also held several leadership positions at RELX Group, Lexis Nexis, including Vice President of Global Commercial Operations and Vice President of Product Platforms and Global Product Strategy.
