Ian Gaunt

Ian Gaunt is an experienced technical asset manager currently overseeing the management of solid biomass generation assets at Gravis Capital since August 2021. Previously, Ian held the position of General Manager at BWSC North Lincolnshire Ltd from September 2015 to July 2021. Ian also served as Biomass Power Plant Manager at RWE Innogy UK Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing plant operations and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Ian's career includes roles as a project engineering manager and operational development engineer, focusing on engineering designs for biomass and coal power plants. Ian holds a Master of Science in Thermal Power Systems from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University.
