Caroline Plumb Obe

Caroline Plumb OBE has a diverse work experience history. Caroline is currently working as the Group CEO for Gravita UK, a top 25 accounting firm. Prior to that, they served as a Non-Executive Director for Mercia, an AIM-listed asset management company. Caroline also founded and served as CEO for Fluidly, a company that focuses on providing cashflow solutions for SMEs. Caroline was a co-founder and Non-Executive Director for Freshminds Talent. Caroline has also held positions of Prime Minister's Business Ambassador for the Department for International Trade, Advisory Panel Member for the Regional Growth Fund, and a member of the Business Advisory Forum for Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Caroline Plumb OBE attended the University of Oxford from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Engineering, Economics & Management.
