Elysha Hargrove

Elysha Hargrove is an experienced professional in business administration and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Business Administration at Gravitate since 2020. Previously, Elysha held the position of Manager of Human Resources & Office Administration at Cignifi Inc. from 2015 to 2022. Prior to that, Elysha worked at GreatPoint Energy in various roles, including Executive Assistant to the President and Office Manager & Executive Assistant from 2008 to 2015. Elysha also gained experience as an Office Manager and Office Services & Finance Assistant at CRV (Charles River Ventures) from 2005 to 2008. Elysha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College between 2001 and 2005.
