Karine Vernier

Karine Vernier serves as the CEO of EIT InnoEnergy in France since March 2021 and is a member of the Conseil National de l’Industrie and the Holosolis supervisory board, where Holosolis focuses on photovoltaic module production in Europe. Additionally, Karine is involved with OSMOSUN® and GravitHy, holding positions on their supervisory boards, emphasizing renewable energy solutions and decarbonized iron production, respectively. Previous roles include Director of the "Energy and Circular Economy" program at the Secrétariat Général Pour l’Investissement, and leadership positions at LNGENERATION, GRTgaz, and GNVERT, where strategic innovation in energy sectors was a primary focus. Karine's academic background includes a Doctorate in Econometrics and a DEA in Applied Mathematics from Université de Strasbourg and Université de Bordeaux, respectively.
