Lauren Snopkowski

Lauren Snopkowski has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Lauren is currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Gravitics Inc since September 2023. Prior to their current role, they worked at BLUE ORIGIN from 2016 to 2023, where they held various positions including Sr Manager, Sr Technical Program Manager HLS, and Sr Supply Chain Manager. At BLUE ORIGIN, their responsibilities included managing cross-functional site projects, ensuring on-time delivery of program deliverables, and overseeing major procurement contracts. Before that, they worked at Toray Composites as a Procurement specialist from 2015 to 2016. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Procurement and Logistics Manager at Juno Pacific, where they led a team and managed New Product Procurement. Prior to that, they worked at FOX Racing Shox as a Sr Buyer from 2008 to 2011, at AIM Aviation as a Sr Buyer from 2006 to 2008, and at CNA Manufacturing Systems Inc as a Sr Buyer from 2003 to 2006. Lauren started their career as a Procurement Manager at TAP Tool GOV from 2001 to 2003, where they developed the Procurement Department and implemented department processes and procedures.
