Ventsislava Zaharieva

Ventsislava Zaharieva is an experienced Service Delivery Manager at Gravity Payments since September 2021, where responsibilities have included roles such as Problem Manager, Change Manager, and Incident Response Manager. Prior to this, Ventsislava held significant positions at DXC Technology from July 2019 to September 2021 as a Crisis Manager - Technology and Senior High Priority Incident Manager. Ventsislava's career began as a Flight Attendant at Frontier Airlines from March 2017 to May 2019, and earlier experience includes working as an International Cooperation Law Enforcement Officer and Drug Enforcement Law Enforcement Officer at the Ministry of Interior in Bulgaria from November 2010 to April 2016.
