John Lash, PhD, is a global expert in national security strategy, providing businesses with insights to manage geopolitical and regulatory risks effectively. Currently serving as a Practice Leader for National Security Advisory at Gravity Stack LLC and an Assistant Professor at Waynesburg University, John also holds teaching positions at the University of Texas at El Paso. With extensive board experience across various industries, John has advised on M&A assignments totaling over USD 100 billion and assisted companies in securing CFIUS clearances for technology sector deals. John completed a PhD at Robert Morris University, along with an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a BS in Accounting from Juniata College.
