Karen Graves has worked in various roles since 2009. Karen began their career at BNY Mellon as a Control Accounting Specialist III/Client Lead, where they performed daily dividend reconciliation and reviewed and processed corrections to shareholder accounts for all clients. In 2011, they moved to Vanguard as a Financial Associate, where they manually calculated cost basis using various tax strategy methods and responded to complex internal and external cost basis inquiries. Karen then worked for Valencia Park Executive Office Suites as a Receptionist in 2013, followed by Grifaldo Properties as an Office Manager in 2014. In 2015, they moved to Lincoln Military Housing as a Customer Service Representative, where they served as a leasing agent to incoming residents and answered incoming calls, created work orders, accepted rent payments, followed up on resident issues and made outgoing collection calls. In 2018, they joined Marine Corps Community Services as an Administrative Specialist, providing administrative and clerical support to the MCFTB Director and staff. In 2019, they moved to Target as a Flex Fullfillment, where they picked products for guest orders accurately and quickly and provided a high level of customer service to generate a loyal clientele. Most recently, they joined TSG Independent Property Management in 2020 as an Executive Administrator, providing administrative support to the account managers and staff, using Microsoft Office proficiently to complete daily tasks, providing excellent customer service to homeowners, vendors and potential clients, and working directly with managers to meet weekly and monthly deadlines. Karen also joined Gravy in 2020 as a Revenue Recovery Specialist.
Karen Graves attended Evangel University from 2005 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media/Broadcasting. Prior to that, they attended University of Valley Forge from 2003 to 2005.
