Josh Thompson

Josh Thompson has a strong background in network administration and operation. Josh started their career in 2017 as a Network Administrator for the United States Marine Corps, where they established and maintained tactical networks for large-scale operations and provided helpdesk services. Josh also served as a Network Chief, building and troubleshooting core enterprise-level networks, and as a Subject Matter Expert in cybersecurity protocols. Additionally, they worked as a Classified Material Control Custodian, ensuring the proper management and control of classified materials. In 2022, they joined L3Harris Technologies as a Senior Network Operations Specialist, and in 2023, they will be working as a NetDevOps Engineer at Gray Analytics.

Josh Thompson obtained their high school diploma in General Studies from Southeastern High School from the year 2013 to 2017. Josh also has several additional certifications, including an Active Security Clearance obtained from the United States Federal Government in August 2017, CompTIA Network+ obtained from CompTIA in March 2020, CompTIA Security+ obtained from CompTIA in May 2020, and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) obtained from Cisco in June 2022.
