Chief Engineer, M & S, SME CFD Hypersonics at Gray Analytics

Kevin Kennedy has extensive work experience in the field of aerospace research and engineering. Kevin started their career in 1987 at the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile RDEC, where they served as a Senior Aerospace Research Engineer for over 34 years until July 2021. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Researcher at the U.S. Army Combat Capability Development Command (CCDC) Aviation & Missile Center (AMC) since 1987. In July 2021, Kevin joined Gray Analytics as the Chief Engineer for M & S.

Kevin Kennedy obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Florida in 1987. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mass and Heat Transfer from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, although the specific years are unknown. Kevin later completed a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville from 1987 to 1991. Finally, they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, spanning from 1991 to 1996.
