Managing Analyst at Gray Associates

Andy oversees Gray’s financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable management, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and budget development. Andy also works with colleges and universities in the area of program economics and contributes to Gray’s product development.

Andy came to Gray after working more than twenty years in the healthcare, financial services, and higher education industries. As a CPA, Andy has a background in general accounting, budget development and forecasting, audit oversight, financial modeling, and strategic finance.

As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Concordia University Wisconsin and Ann Arbor, Andy utilized PES+ Markets to evaluate the market attractiveness of existing and potential academic programs in terms of student demand, competitive intensity, employment, and degree fit. He partnered with Gray to configure and validate institutional data in PES+ Economics for the university. Andy attained the Academic Program Evaluation & Management certificate awarded by Gray and Bay Path University, and applied this knowledge base to design an annual program review cycle for Concordia University. It includes market analysis, program economics, curricular efficiency, and academic quality.

Andy has a Master’s in Business Administration in Corporate Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
