Danielle Melhem is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as Head of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon since November 2021. Prior to this, Danielle held multiple roles, including Food Safety Consultant at Boecker, where responsibilities encompassed creating and implementing Food Safety Management Systems and conducting audits and training. With a solid foundation in nutrition and food safety management, Danielle also gained experience as a Food Safety Officer & Dietitian at Eaternity S.A.L and has worked in various quality and food safety roles across different organizations. Danielle holds a Master 2 degree in Food Safety from AgroParisTech, alongside Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
