Roudy Tawk

Roudy Tawk has extensive work experience in retail and business support roles. Roudy started their career at Le Charcutier in 2008, where they held various positions such as Retail Cashier, Retail Cashier Supervisor, Inventory Controller, Fresh Food Section Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Floor Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing operations, improving customer service, and ensuring efficient store performance.

In 2016, Roudy joined Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon as a Category Manager and later became a Senior Category Manager. Roudy then progressed to roles as Head of Inventory Department, Head of Retail Space Management Department, and currently in the position of Head of Business Support Division. In these positions, they successfully led and managed departments such as Inventory Control, and implemented effective stock management processes.

Roudy Tawk obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a field of study in General Science, from AUL Kaslik from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended College Central Des Moins Libanais - Jounieh from 1994 to 2011, where they earned a degree in General Science. Additionally, Roudy Tawk has obtained several certifications, including Efficient Assortment Optimization and Impactful Space Management from Nielsen in December 2021, Shopper Centric Category Management Training from Nielsen in November 2018, and Pratical Category Management from Nielsen in June 2018. Roudy also holds a Diplome En Langue Francaise from Centre culturel Francais, which they obtained in November 2007.
