Ekaterina Kozina

Kat Kozina is an experienced director with 10 years experience as a consultant, engagement manager and project lead for teams designing patient centric products and services grounded in data analytics and strategic objectives for key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, C-Suite level hospital administrators, and payers.

Ms. Kozina has held leadership roles with Sg2 and Philips. She has also held positions in research and sales/operations strategy at Novartis, Merck and Pfizer Global. Prior to joining Gray Matter Analytics, she was the Engagement Lead (Population Health and Healthcare Transformation Services) at Philips Healthcare.

Ms. Kozina holds an undergraduate degree in chemistry (Boston University) and a MBA from Northwestern University’s – Kellogg School of Management.
