Kevin R. Davidson

Kevin Davidson focuses his practice on resolving the entire range of family law matters for clients in Dallas and the surrounding counties, including divorce proceedings, child custody matters, marital property agreements, and complex property division and enforcement. He represents clients with diverse backgrounds and needs, ranging from high-net-worth business owners and professionals with complex property valuation and division issues, to young parents involved in highly emotional custody battles where the best interests of the children are at stake. Kevin is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Kevin adapts his approach to the unique circumstances of every case, whether his client's goals require aggressive litigation through trial, or collaboration with opposing parties to reach a more amicable outcome without the need for court intervention. Since many of his cases involve children impacted by custody disputes, Kevin has significant experience in finding creative solutions that foster effective co-parenting relationships and avoid future conflicts in the courtroom for the sake of the children.
