Elaine Mooney

Elaine Mooney has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Elaine is currently the HR Director at Gray, a global service provider specializing in engineering, design, construction, manufacturing, and real estate. In their previous role as Group Head of HR at Brennan & Co, they drove the strategic plan for the group and developed a long-term HR strategy plan. Elaine also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Robert Walters, where they focused on creating a high-performance culture and improving HR processes. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at The NRMA, providing comprehensive HR support and advice. Elaine also has experience as a Senior Recruiter/HR Partner at Optus and as a Recruitment Manager at Gateway. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at The Marlborough Group, managing large recruitment projects and conducting quality audits. Elaine Mooney's expertise lies in strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR process improvement.

Elaine Mooney has a diverse education history in the field of human resources and organizational development. In 1990, they attended University College Dublin where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies in 1993, they furthered their education in the field by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School between 2013 and 2015.

Seeking to enhance their expertise in organizational development and transformation, Elaine pursued a Diploma in Organizational Development and Transformation at the Irish Management Institute in 2022. This program focused on organization design and change management.
