Nate Simon has extensive work experience in the field of construction law and business law. Nate started their career as an Attorney at Stites & Harbison in 2011, where they handled various aspects of complex litigation, drafted construction contracts and other agreements, and provided legal advice on construction and business-related issues. Nate also played a significant role in obtaining favorable outcomes for clients in federal and state courts. In 2013, Nate joined Gray Construction, Inc. as a Corporate Counsel and later served as Deputy General Counsel before becoming the Vice President and General Counsel in 2021. At Gray, they dealt with a wide range of legal, business, financial, and risk management matters. Nate'sresponsibilities included negotiating contracts with international customers, advising on disputes, assisting with acquisitions, and coordinating litigation. Nate's expertise in managing sophisticated projects and successfully negotiating contracts with various stakeholders has contributed to Gray's success in the construction industry.

Nate Simon completed their undergraduate education at the University of Kentucky, where they obtained two degrees. Nate received a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, also graduating Summa Cum Laude. Following their undergraduate studies, Nate Simon attended The University of Alabama School of Law from 2008 to 2011. Nate obtained their Juris Doctor degree with Magna Cum Laude honors.
