Jared Friesen

Jared Friesen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jared began their career as a Sales Associate at The Buckle, where they provided exceptional customer service and played a key role in merchandising. Jared then worked as a Warehouse Leader at Circuit City, overseeing inventory management and ensuring a clean and efficient warehouse.

Jared also gained experience in the food industry as a Restaurant Team Member at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, where they served customers and coordinated with colleagues to meet their needs.

In the United States Air Force, Jared served as an Electrical & Environmental Systems Specialist, troubleshooting and maintaining aircraft systems. Jared was recognized for their expertise and earned multiple zero-defect inspections.

Jared also had a long tenure in the Alaska Air National Guard, primarily serving as a Knowledge Operations Manager. Jared handled personnel records management and learned about the importance of confidential information and file structures.

Most recently, Jared has been working at Graybar, starting as a Customer Service Representative and progressing to various managerial roles. Jared has contributed to cost-saving solutions, trained and developed staff, and managed customer service and operations in different geographic areas. Currently, they are the Director of Operations, overseeing a remote team and leading projects.

Jared Friesen holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage between 2013 and 2014. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Thomas Edison State University, completed from 2003 to 2012. Jared also holds additional certifications, including Social Media Marketing from Hootesuite and Smartsheet Product Certified User and 2023 Core Product Certified from Smartsheet.
