Johna Campbell

Johna Campbell has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2003 as a Founding Partner/Human Resources Consultant at Cogent Management Resources, where they provided strategic HR services for clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. Johna then worked at Kollmorgen from 2012 to 2017, first as a Sr. Manager, Human Resources, North America, leading HR processes and being involved in a global engagement survey, and later as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for HR strategies for multiple sites in North America. Since 2018, Johna has been serving as the Director of Human Resources at Graybar.

Johna Campbell has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from West Virginia University. They also hold a Master's degree in Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University. In addition to their degrees, Johna has certifications in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, as well as certifications as an AVA Analyst from Activity Vector Analysis, and as a Benchmark Feedback Facilitator from the Center for Creative Leadership.
