Mark Hirst

Mark Hirst has a diverse work experience with various roles in technology and IT management. Mark started their career in 1993 at Graybar Electric as a Supervisor of Field Network Operations and worked there until 2011. In 2011, they joined Fifth Third Bank as a Lead ITIL Process Analyst for Consumer IT and later became the Lead ITIL Process Analyst for Enterprise ITSM until 2015. From 2015 onwards, they have been with Graybar, where they initially worked as a System Administrator and progressed to roles like Manager of Infrastructure Operations and Director of Architecture and Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Technology at Graybar.

Mark Hirst obtained a bachelor's degree, specializing in Electrical Engineering, from The Ohio State University. Mark pursued their studies in this field from 1987 to 1992.
