Jessica Davis

Jessica Davis has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jessica worked as the Head of Talent and Resource Management at GRAYCE, where they designed and executed innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates and built high-performing teams. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager at GRAYCE, where they specialized in hiring and training emerging talent. Before joining GRAYCE, Jessica worked at Venturi Ltd as the Head of Infrastructure Recruitment and Key Account Manager, where they were responsible for sourcing and engaging with technical candidates and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Jessica also had experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Venturi.

Jessica Davis completed their education from 2008 to 2012 at SLP College, where they earned a National Trinity Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre with a focus on Musical Theatre. In addition, they obtained a certification in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in July 2020.
