Brian Gallagher has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Brian started their career as a District Sales Manager at News Corporation in 1992. Following this, they worked as the National Marketing Manager at Williams Scotsman, overseeing marketing strategy and implementing marketing programs for modular buildings and storage products. In 1998, they founded GBM Marketing, Inc., serving as the Vice President, CMO, and Founder, providing sales and marketing consultancy services to clients in various industries. Brian then worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Loyola University Maryland, teaching undergraduate marketing classes and guest lecturing for graduate classes. From 1999 to 2009, they served as the Vice President at Structural Group, a leading international provider of construction services and technologies. At O'Neal, Inc., they held the position of Vice President from 2009 to 2018, providing strategic leadership in marketing, communications, economic development, and public relations. Currently, Brian is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Graycor, a prominent construction, maintenance, and facilities services provider in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Brian Gallagher's education history includes obtaining an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland, which they completed from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a BS degree in Marketing from Towson University, graduating between 1988 and 1992. In 2008, Brian completed a program called "Creating a Sustainable Competitive Advantage" at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including SMPS-CPSM from the SMPS—Society for Marketing Professional Services in December 2021, Maxwell Leadership Training, Coaching and Speaking from Maxwell Leadership in August 2018, CPSM from the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) in April 2015, and OSHA 10-Hour from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in April 2012.
