Kelsey Smogard-Ayers

Kelsey Smogard-Ayers, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and operations across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Grayduck Health since February 2022, Kelsey previously held a Marketing Account Executive position at Starkey Hearing Technologies, where strategic marketing for over 35 accounts was directed. Additional roles include managing marketing projects for Starkey Hearing Technologies as a contractor with Creatis, and serving as Sales and Operations Manager at Al Mashriq Properties, where business growth strategies were executed. Kelsey also has experience in commercial real estate brokerage with Al Habtoor Properties LLC and in marketing and business development with Executive Group; Hospitality and Events. Academically, Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Environment, Textiles and Design with a focus on Consumer Behavior and Retail from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Global Supply Chain Management from Metro State University.
