Maria McCall, MS, FACHE has over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and operations. Maria is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at GrayHawk Health, where they drive growth and operational success of business initiatives. In their previous role as Vice President/Senior Vice President at Jefferson Health, Maria provided strategic direction for clinical practice and led a team of 388 physicians and staff to serve diverse, underserved patient populations. Prior to that, they managed surgery and specialty medicine divisions at Crozer-Keystone Health System and held leadership positions at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Maria's expertise spans areas such as revenue cycle, call center operations, practice administration, and service line performance. Maria is known for their ability to implement quality care, ensure compliance, and improve patient access. Maria's extensive experience and leadership skills make their a valuable asset in the healthcare industry.

Maria McCall, MS, FACHE holds a Master of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University. Maria also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biobehavioral Health from the same institution. Maria pursued doctoral studies in Public Affairs at the University of Central Florida. Maria is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a certification they obtained in 2019. Additionally, they are certified as a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional by the Management and Strategy Institute, which they achieved in 2017.
