Jo Amey

Jo Amey has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. They began with a week of summer work experience at AMV BBDO, where they received insights and talks from senior leadership. In 2015, they also worked as a Retail Sales Assistant at Simply Sports (INTERSPORT), handling purchases and assisting customers with sporting goods.

In 2018, Jo worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Friendship, responsible for caring for campers and instructing water sports activities. They were also selected as the Colour Wars captain for a camp-wide competition.

In 2019, Jo worked at wagamama as a Front of House Team member, where they served customers, handled money and tills.

From 2020 to 2021, Jo worked at Samsung Electronics as a Marketing PR Associate, assisting in developing and implementing PR campaigns and launches. They coordinated communications within the European PR teams and reported and analyzed PR metrics for future activities.

Currently, Jo Amey works at Grayling as a Senior Account Executive, starting in February 2023. They previously held the position of Account Executive from July 2022.

Jo Amey completed their education at the University of Leeds from 2018 to 2022. They obtained a BA in Economics and Politics (Ind).
