Mike Barker

Mike Barker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as SVP Operations at Berkshire Grey, Mike leads teams in Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and customer success. In addition to this role, Mike contributes as an Advisory Board Member at GrayMatter Robotics, where advisory services are provided to scale operations and customer experience. Previous leadership roles include Vice President at Swisslog, VP Customer Success at River Logic, and various senior positions at Intelligrated, Deposco, Descartes Systems Group, The Logistics Bureau, Meadow Feeds, and International Delivery Company.
