Melanie Vincitorio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business development across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Large Capital Projects at Graymont, Melanie leads significant initiatives in the APAC region, enhancing team engagement and refining project reporting standards. As a co-founder of Chris Jacotine & Partners since 2009, responsibilities include marketing and business development. Previous roles have included Project Manager at WaterNSW, Senior Project Manager at Aurecon, Senior Project Manager at TransGrid, and Project Lead at Ausgrid, where successful delivery of complex projects was achieved through collaborative team leadership and innovative process simplification. Melanie's early career involved roles in engineering and project design at AREVA T&D and Sinclair Knight Merz. Melanie holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Commerce and a Master of International Business from the University of Sydney, as well as a Master of Science in Engineering from ESME.
