Andrea Dickerson

Andrea Dickerson has over 20 years of extensive experience in product management and business analysis. Andrea started their career as a Business Analyst at Lincoln Financial Group in 1998, and later held similar positions at The Definitive Group and Baring Asset Management. Andrea then transitioned to roles at Sage, where they worked as a Principal Business Analyst, Principal Requirements Analyst, and Software Process Manager. Andrea continued to excel in product management roles at Lancope, including Lead Product Owner and Manager of Product Owners. Andrea went on to join Cisco as a Lead Product Owner and then Senior Product Manager, focusing on cybersecurity software products. Most recently, Andrea served as a Senior Product Manager and Director of Product Management at Grayshift, where they showcased their skills in product development and strategic decision-making.

Andrea Dickerson received their BSc. Hons degree in Microbiology from the University of Leeds in 1997. In 2008, they obtained a ScrumMaster certification, followed by a Pragmatic Marketing certification in 2010. Most recently, in October 2021, they became a Certified GrayKey Operator through Grayshift.
