Amit Chaddha

Amit Chaddha has over 12 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry. Amit began their career in 2007 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter for Fulcrum Logic (also known as Fulcrum Worldwide). In 2008, they moved to Silverlink Technologies as a Recruitment Manager for USA, Australia, APAC, and UK/EU. In 2015, they joined Rolta India Limited as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Leadership Hiring. In 2017, they became the Talent Acquisition Lead at Quosphere. In 2018, they were appointed Deputy Manager of Talent Acquisition Americas at CitiusTech. Currently, they are the Sr. Director Talent Delivery at Graytitude.

Amit Chaddha completed their SSC from St. Francis D Assisi High school, Borivali, Mumbai in Science, Maths, Geography, History, and English. Amit then went on to complete their XII from The Royal Higher Education Societys College of Arts Science and Commerce, Thane in Science. After that, they obtained an Advanced Diploma from NIIT in Software Engineering, which included Advanced Java, MS SQL, C++, C#, and Dotnet. Finally, they obtained a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
