Sharon Jones

Sharon Jones is the Head of Group Talent and HR at GRCI Group, responsible for developing and delivering people strategies that support the company's strategic aims and objectives. Previously, Sharon worked as the Group HR Officer at SQW Group and held various administrative roles in companies such as Towry Law Financial Solutions Limited and Norwich Union. Sharon holds a Postgraduate Diploma in CIPD Level 7 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
