Kevin Deak

Kevin Deak is an experienced kitchen manager with a strong background in high-volume dining environments. Currently serving as Kitchen Manager at Great American Restaurants since February 2015, Kevin previously held similar roles at Mad Mex and gained valuable experience as Assistant Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group, where responsibilities included managing store sales exceeding $10 million.
