Mike Keegan

Mike Keegan is a seasoned professional in transport planning and policy, currently serving as the Director of Transport Planning and Policy for the Great British Railways Transition Team since January 2022. With a career at Transport for London beginning in October 1989, Mike has held multiple roles, including Managing Consultant within the international consulting team, where expertise in City Shaping is applied to provide transformative advice. Previous positions include Policy Manager, Transport Strategy Manager, and various critical roles focused on infrastructure investment, mayoral transport strategies, accessibility, and transport planning for London's growth. An alumnus of Durham University, Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography.
