As the Vice President of Performance and Quality Improvement, St. Cyr oversees the development and execution of an integrated performance and quality improvement model in line with the agency’s strategic and annual planning. Promoted to her current position in April 2017, she joined Great Circle in 2013, serving as manager and then director of its performance improvement efforts. Through previous employment, she has a broad experience evaluating programs, project and survey design, data analyses, along with expertise in project management and quantitative data management. She has a master’s and bachelor’s degrees in criminology and criminal justice from University of Missouri-St. Louis.
