Jordyn Laufenberg

Jordyn Laufenberg is an experienced professional in the field of nutrition and sports medicine, currently serving as a Performance Nutrition Intern with the Cleveland Browns since July 2020. Laufenberg's background includes roles such as a Dietitian's Assistant at Hy-Vee, Inc., where responsibilities encompass managing meal workshop registrations, coordinating with store department managers, and facilitating workshops. Laufenberg has also worked as a Server at The Great Dane Pub and Brewing Company and as a Student Nutrition Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Madison Department of Sports Medicine, supporting Division 1 student athletes with nutritional needs and education. Previous experience includes serving as a Dietary Aide at Oakwood Village Continuing Care Retirement Communities and a Research Assistant Intern at Isomark, LLC. Laufenberg holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a focus on Sports Nutrition from Concordia University Chicago and has completed undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Minnesota.
